According to Injury Prevention Center Ted Nirenberg, PhD, research provides vital information, from epidemiological studies to learn more about injury to outcome studies to determine the efficacy of our injury prevention programs. Says Nirenberg, "Although it can be demanding and time-consuming, in the long run research helps guide our programming in the most effective manner."
