Did nurses communicate well with patients?

Patients gave feedback on how well the hospital nurses communicated with them. “Communicated well” means nurses:

  • explained things clearly
  • listened carefully to the patient
  • treated the patient with courtesy and respect

Bars below tell what percent of patients said their nurses “always” communicated well.
