About the Survey

This is a survey about cycling health and injury. The answers to this survey are entirely confidential and anonymous. We will not know the personal identity of anyone who answers our questions.

Questions are about your cycling experience and, in particular, any injuries you have had while you have been cycling. You do not need to have had an injury to complete the survey.

The study has been approved by Rhode Island Hospital and its Institutional Review Board. The study is approved by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

The survey takes five to ten minutes to complete.
