Acceptance

Acceptance is conditional pending receipt of the following documentation:

• Medical clearance, which includes:
  • Physical with documented Proof of current immunizations, must be dated within 60 days
  • Physically meet health requirements
  • Pass an MRI Safety screening, which is necessary to function as an MRI technologist within the MRI environment
    
    
• Proof of medical insurance
  
  
• Criminal background check: All potential students/candidates receive an acceptance packet with their acceptance letter. In this packet you will note a Criminal Background Check signature form. The form notarized and a copy of your current drivers license is due by the indicated due date. We do have a notary here at the RIH School of Diagnostic Imaging; please call prior to stopping to ensure this individual is here.
  
  
• An acceptance fee of $1000.00 is due by the designated date after notification of acceptance

Any and all payment arrangement must be addressed prior to the start date with the School of Diagnostic Imaging education director and administrative assistant.
