About the Program

Our Approach to Treatment

The Rhode Island Gambling Treatment Program is a comprehensive approach to helping patients deal with the psychological, personal and social problems associated with problem gambling. Patients attend both group and individual therapy sessions.

Patient follow-up and quality assurance

We firmly believe that professionals in the Mental Health field should be accountable for the quality and effectiveness of their services.

We conducted an 18-month study during 2001 to 2003 to determine the effectiveness of our services, long-term success rate and patient satisfaction.
