AnnMarie Munoz, MD

AnnMarie Munoz, MD, director of the Interventional Pain Center, is double board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

Munoz received her medical degree from the National University of Cordoba in Argentina. She completed her residency in anesthesiology at the Medical University of South Carolina and a pain medicine fellowship at University of Iowa.

Prior to coming to Rhode Island Hospital, Munoz was at Anesthesiology Associates of Bennington at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center and in 2003 became an assistant professor of anesthesioogy at University of Vermont. Also in 2003, she joined Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vermont. She is a member of the ASA.
