Conference Schedule
The Brown University Medical School Division of Minimally Invasive Surgery provides an annual two-day conference in controversies in minimally invasive surgery.
The goals of the conference are to:
- provide various points of view regarding controversial issues in minimally invasive surgery
- introduce new techniques and emerging technologies in minimally invasive surgery
- provide information that is useful in everyday practice to surgeons in practice.
A large period of time is devoted to discussion periods where these issues are explored further.
